Dan Moore

For Dan Moore, hair is one part of a bigger picture.

Lifestyle, personality and fashion sense are as important as hair type – and Dan takes every aspect into account. It’s an approach that’s served them well for over a decade. (Their clients, too.)

Throughout their career, Dan has worked as a hairstylist on commercial and editorial photoshoots, most recently appearing in print in Archer and Harper’s Bazaar.

Dan is also no stranger to the runway, having worked behind the scenes for both Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival and alongside Kevin Murphy at Melbourne Fashion Week. They have themselves directed hair for the Undress sustainable runway.

They’ve also collaborated with and assisted renowned international session stylists.

Away from the chair, Dan is a recurring panel judge for the Hairdressing Beauty Industry Association’s annual hairdressing competition.

Fastidious at heart, Dan is a meticulous colourist and stylist and believes in continuous education and honing their skills.
